success...

My fax was received by Wells Fargo. However, I won't know if my effort was sincere enough until tomorrow afternoon. But at least I could get the fax to them. Please go through. Please be good enough. Please let me get this taken care of with no further problems.

I love feeling a sense of protection and security, knowing that my ID isn't likely to be stolen. But really, there comes a time where the customer service representative should stop trying to follow the book, listen to my situation, think, connect me with a supervisor if necessary, and get my thing taken care of.

I just have to say (again) that Wells Fargo is SATAN! I have nothing good to say about them EVER. They stole about $500 from me, the same amount from a friend of mine and $2,000 from my father. Yeah, they said that they "misplaced" his money. Yeah. Did they "find" it and give it back? No. Grrr. Ok, I'm done.
